I got my copy of Vectrexians in the mail today and I am thoroughly impressed. This home brew variation of the 80′s classic Galaxian, has been thoughtfully crafted in every way by Kristof Tuts. He even took time to pack it carefully, with cardboard from the diaper box of his new son…pretty clever.

I’m a little behind on my review of this home brew for the Vectrex system, as it has been out for awhile, but it deserves all the accolades it gets and then some. If you’re not familiar with the vectrex system, it was the only home gaming system to use a vector monitor and many great vector classics were ported to the system. The vectrex has a die hard following of collectors around the globe that keep this system alive with home brews, accessories and a steadfast group on rec.games.vectrex. Take a look at Kristof’s vectrex page and order up a copy if you haven’t already, you won’t regret it.
